Details :The House of Schiaparelli, founded in 1927 by Elsa Schiaparelli in Paris, is one of the most audacious couture houses of the twentieth century. It is known for its surrealist spirit and avant-garde creativity. Schiaparelli distinguished itself through spectacular creations, elaborate embroidery and symbolic details that became signatures of the House, notably the famous jewel buttons. Today, the House continues to perpetuate this heritage by combining couture craftsmanship, artistic imagination and emblematic elements.

This Schiaparelli ensemble consists of a jacket and trousers in black and ecru zebra-patterned denim.

The jacket is fitted at the waist and fastens with a single-breasted closure. The shoulders are slightly oversized, giving the silhouette structure while maintaining a modern look. The front is adorned with three gold jewel buttons and each sleeve features five buttons. These buttons, true decorative elements, reflect the importance Schiaparelli places on accessories and ornaments, often conceived as pieces of jewelry integrated into the garment. The lapel is also decorated with a tone-on-tone embroidered Tape Measure signature, a nod to the world of couture. The back of the jacket, designed in a tailcoat style, is slightly longer than the front.

The wide-leg trousers, a classic cowboy model of the House, are made in the same black and ecru zebra-patterned fabric. The high-waisted cut is enriched with numerous details inspired by Schiaparelli denim, including tone-on-tone patches applied on the front, topstitching, a side zip closure and nine gold jewel buttons echoing those of the jacket. The design is completed with two pockets.

The ensemble reflects the bold and artistic aesthetic of the House of Schiaparelli.
